Our heart is to make home ownership, building, and maintenance more affordable for our customers while preserving the environment and supporting missionaries serving in developing nations.

We are a for-profit business that partners with contractors who are active in structure demolition or renovation to help them reduce waste, save on waste removal, and limit environmental impact. With property values skyrocketing in Nashville, many times homes scheduled for demolition are in good condition, but subject to the changing landscape of the neighborhood. These homes offer many great quality items. We reclaim those items and sell them at steep discounts over the big box stores.
